Blue Alpine's commercial freeze dryer vacuum pump is the perfect choice for anyone who is processing freeze dried food on a professional or semi-professional scale. The CFMs of a vacuum pump only affect the initial pump downtime. What is more important is a pump's ability to pull deeper. Even though the commercial freeze dryer pump only has 4CFMs, it will actually get food done faster because it can pull a deeper vacuum during the freeze drying process. This is true for any vacuum pump on the market, not just the pumps available from Blue Alpine.

Compatibility:
This vacuum pump can be used with any freeze dryer. However, an adapter is required to use this pump with other brands of freeze dryers.
Harvest Right Adapter
This adapter attaches to your Harvest Right freeze dryer. A 3-foot Blue Alpine vacuum hose is included in this option since the Harvest Right's vacuum hose is not compatible with the fitting.
