Harvest Right Pump Replacement

BA replaced my vacuum pump which was about 3 months old and failed. After trouble shooting they determined that the easiest way to help me was to simply replace it. It turned out to be the correct decision. The FD worked just fine after connecting the new vacuum pump to the FD. Customer service was exceptional. Highly recommend Blue Alpine.

I am so happy with Blue Alpine. When I had a problem with the vacuum pump The Blue Alpine folks didn't hesitate they took care of me with out questioning the repair. I was used to the problem with Harvest Right and the test after test after test always telling me to do another test until my warranty ran out. I did 4 test one after another and then all over again for over 3 months before they told me my warranty had run out and from then on it would cost me $50.00 for every phone call because I was no longer under warranty coverage.
The Blue Alpine folks did ask me to do a test and send them the results and then they took care of the problem and they were happy to talk to me about it. vs arguing with me for months as Harvest right folks do. Blue Alpine CARES about their customers.
I have been noticing a lot of Harvest Right machines for sale on several web sites for very low prices. When you call about them everyone tells me Harvest Right has no customer service anymore and they are experiencing problems with their Chinese built machines and can't get answers.
