Had a vacuum sensor failure under warranty, the tech support has been outstanding, they sent the parts to get my machine back up quickly. The scary part was the replacement part is a bit bigger than the original that came out of the machine, the threads barely engaged before it was tight. I spoke to tech support again and they checked with others in their shop to make sure this wasn’t a QC issue, they assured me it would be fine and ultimately it was. The provided instructions for the swap process were good, it just got a lil tight for me.
