Freeze Dryer Trays - Medium (Set of 5)

Trays are sturdy and love the full mats. Wish there were dividers for them now.

I’ve got my Medium working hard since I got it set up. What a great tool. It’s really important to watch YouTube videos for preparing food and filling trays. And there is lots to learn about being careful with Vacumm Pump especially the problems of even slightly overfilling with oil ( drain a little out of this happens) and acidic foods like pickles discolor the oil quickly and make it difficult to read how much oil is in machine. I know this sounds critical, but I love my machine and am practicing patience as freeze drying takes time and can’t be hurried. Plus I love it’s made in America, NOT china

Quite sturdy pans. Pads are substantial enough to last for many freeze cycles.

It is super handy having an extra set of trays and liners. I keep them in the freezer, filled and ready to start the next round in the freezer dryer. These come in handy since I pre freeze most things overnight before freeze drying.
