These mats fit in any 13" x 18" Large Half-sheet baking tray. They are heat-resistant withstanding temperatures up to 400° F.

Top notch trays and mats

We liked the set that came with our Blue Alpine Freeze Dryer so much that my wife wanted a second set from Blue Alpine rather than another vendor. High quality and as described!

Quality mat

The fit on the mat is perfect for the included trays. Ever so slightly larger than the bottom of my tapered edge half sheets from the big box store. These are robust mats that I wouldn’t hesitate to buy again; they feel like they will last a very long time!

Trays and mats

I find that Blue Alpine trays and mats to be superior to others I've looked at. I will continue to use Blue Alpine products for all of my freeze drying needs.

Very nice silicone mats

Mats are very nice, high quality. I'm guessing close to 1/16 inch thick, maybe. These will last a LONG time!
