Freeze Dryer Trays - Large (Set of 5)

Stainless trays are great and fit the silicone mats perfectly

The Blue Alpine large trays are very heavy duty. Picking up all five trays & silicon mats at the same time takes a bit of muscle :)
I've used them in the oven to roast tomatoes and they did not buckle in the heat like some of my old kitchen sheet pans. I like how the silicone mats follow the curve of the pan versus just a flat sheet in the bottom. They're extremely flexible even after pulling them out of the chest freezer.
I do wish two of the medium sized pans would fit flat in the same rack slot of the large freeze dryer - if they did I'd buy a set of those also.
The picture shows 10 large chopped bananas, and it's not even to the top edge yet.

I love the standard half size cookie Sheets that the Blue Alpine uses. It makes it a lot easier to fit in my freezer, and in my oven for some of the prep work. Though, i would love to get some lids to go on top for freezer storage protection.
