These mats fit in any 9" x 13" quarter-sheet baking tray. They are heat-resistant withstanding temperatures up to 400° F.

I am very much enjoying having another set of trays and mats! One of the metal trays came with a 3-ish inch surface slice in it making it look like it had been used, but it is ok. Not something to complain about - but thought you would want to know.
I wish you had more accessories! I bought some tray stackers (on amazon) that work ok but would have ordered from you if you had them!
I love my freeze dryer!
Love having an extra set of mats. I use them with five Nordic Ware 9x13 trays that have lids. If there’s a lot of processing to do I can have one set in the freezer & one set in the freeze dryer. It’s so easy to just pick up the mats and transfer to the BA trays for freeze drying.
I absolutely love my new silicone mats. They are so easy to use AMD to clean. I highly recommend them.

They are excellent for fruit and other items that contain liquid for sure.
