These trays fit perfectly in the Large Blue Alpine freeze dryer. Being stainless steel (304 SS), they are incredibly durable, long-lasting, and warp-resistant. 

Since these freeze dryer trays are standard-sized, replacements can be found online or in person at any retail store selling baking supplies. We suggest using silicone mats* with these metal trays to prevent food from sticking. Less cleaning, more freeze drying!

Very Nice, High Quality.

The trays are very nice! High quality stainless steel. I would highly recommend to anyone to have an extra set on hand. While one set is going in the freeze dryer, you can have another set prepared and in the freezer ready to go.

Large vs mefium

Large did not disappoint. Works great. Had to order a 4-tray rack. 5 rack slots are not spaced apart far enough for candy that pops out more, like jolly ranchers. 5 tray is too narrow to see food while drying. Overall I’m happy with it.
