Freeze Dryer Silicone Mats - Medium (Set of 5)

Thin silicone mats used to make freeze dried food very easy to remove from the tray. Simply stretch or pick up and bend the mat to separate the freeze dried food from the mat. Then you can use the mat as a funnel to pour the food directly into the mylar bags or storage jars where you plan to keep the food.
These mats are simple to wash with a bit of dishwasher liquid and a sponge, but using these mats will make removing the food so much easier than either parchment paper or even worse when removing the food directly from the tray. The large mats are flat and do not cover the sides of the tray, the way the medium mats do, so they shouldn't be used to fill with liquids or the liquid will stick to the stainless steel tray when freeze dried.

Fit perfectly

Oh my gosh, I love these! The literally make clean up 5 times easier. They cover the whole pan so I really only need to rinse the pans off and the mats clean up really easy. I do a lot of liquid and fruits and both clean up very nice. If you're on the fence about it, get them! You will not regret it.
